In this post, I want to tell you about the crazy ways people market their mobile apps. These days, there are a lot of different options for marketing an app. One of my favorite strategies is reaching out to bloggers and asking them if they would like to receive your app and share it with their audience. Another great strategy is looking at other popular apps in your industry and trying to get featured on the same blogs as those competitors. Reaching out to bloggers and asking them if they would like to receive your app and share it with their audience. Blogs are a good place for you to start marketing, but once you’ve done that successfully there are some more advanced strategies that you can use. One of my favorite tools for this purpose is called BuzzSumo. This tool allows me to find what types of content have been shared the most by people who write about things related to mobile apps or online business in general. Once I know which topics have gotten the most buzz around them then I try pitching an article where I take that topic and discuss it in more depth, but from a business perspective. Once you’ve written your blog post content then we can work on the meta data! I want to show you how to properly optimize this article so that people who search for terms related to marketing mobile apps will find us when they look at Google and other search engines. The first thing we need is an eye catching title for our post. Something like “The Crazy Ways People Market Their Mobile Apps” would be perfect because not only does it give searchers what they are looking for (marketing strategies) but also tells them exactly what kind of information they should expect inside the body of the blog as well! Now let’s talk about some meta data. The first thing you need to do is add a couple of lines in the beginning that include your targeted keywords and some extra words that will help people find us through search engines. In this case, I would add in something like “marketing strategies, content marketing”. You can also include a few words about what kind of app they should expect to see when they click on the article. Now that we have written our blog post and optimized it with meta data then you need to promote your new post by sharing it across social media channels. If people read your blog or share it around then maybe their friends will do the same thing! Don’t forget to link back to all of your products as well so that if anyone is interested in checking out one of them further than just reading an article they can find more information from within the article itself. This way Google sees those links and knows which product to display when someone does a search for that kind of product. Once you’ve written your blog post content then we can work on the meta data! I want to show you how to properly optimize this article so that people who search for terms related to marketing mobile apps will find us when they look at Google and other search engines. One effective strategy is to create a video trailer. This is when you take the most interesting parts of your app and edit them into a short, fun clip that people will want to watch. Showing how it works in action can be extremely effective because then potential users know exactly what they are getting themselves into before downloading anything. Aside from making a video, you can also create appealing screenshots. People will want to know what they are getting into when downloading your app so including five or six beautiful screen shots that show how the product works is vital. You should have one for each major feature of your software and then space them throughout the article in strategic places where it makes sense. Conclusion We’ve gone over three different ways that are effective in getting people interested in what it has to offer-video trailers, appealing screenshots and text descriptions of the product. If you have any questions or need help with creating these materials, please leave a comment below! I would love to chat with anyone who wants more information about mobile apps marketing strategies.
